Joining together for support, progress, and concrete action

We take action for inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility in our companies.

Inclusive companies, today and together

Our companies should reflect the diversity of our society. It is essential that everyone is respected, listened to, valued and treated fairly, regardless of their origins, gender, age, beliefs, culture, sexual orientation, education and pathway in life. We share four convictions which underpin the IDEA Pact:
for
Inclusion
A company is a community for self-fulfilment.
Everyone must find their place.
for
Diversity
A company is a mirror of the diversity of society.
The uniqueness of each individual is a source of wealth.
for
Equity
A company is a partner of individual pathways.
Everyone deserves to be treated impartially and fairly.
for
Accessibility
A company is a place of trust.
Everyone can be free to be themselves, whatever their differences.

7 commitments taken when joining the IDEA Pact community

1. Raise awareness of the importance of diversity, inclusion and unconscious biases.
2. Lead the way on diversity in the company by measuring it and setting objectives.
3. Train managers and teams in good practices.
4. Set up an internal alert system to flag inappropriate behaviour.
5. Introduce skills-based recruitment to reach people from different backgrounds.
6. Create a non-discriminatory recruitment process, communicated to candidates as soon as they are selected.
7. Build a fair pay system in the company.
